Our driver will comfortably pick you up from your respective hotel in the early morning at 7.30am. Together we then drive through coconut palms and cashew nut farms to Southern Kenya, coming close to the Tanzanian border. The 28km2 Kisite – Mpunguti Marine Park is reputed to be the most beautiful marine park after the Great reef of Australia and is widely regarded as the best reef in Kenya in terms of species diversity, coral quality and reef build-up. The warm and clear waters are vital for coral formations, Dolphins, Turtles and a variety of colourful sea life. Traveling on a dhow (the region’s traditional sailing ship), we reach the marine park, where we snorkel and watch Wasini’s magnificent nature above- and under water.

For lunch we enjoy a delicious seafood menu at the Wasini Island Restaurant, before driving back to your hotel in the late afternoon. For getting the very best from your adventure, we advise you to bring a hat, reef shoes, sun cream and your snorkeling equipment.
