Day 1: Mombasa/Diani – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Our exclusive safari adventure starts with our driver picking you up from your hotel in the early morning hours. He then safely transfers you to either the Mombasa airport or the Ukunda airstrip, depending on your hotel’s location. From there, we fly directly to famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. A fast and comfortable experience, much unlike the sometimes lengthy journey to safari destinations by road.
The Maasai Mara is Kenya’s finest and most outstanding game reserve. Gently rolling grassland ensures animals are never out of sight. The climate is gentle, rarely too hot and with well-spread rainfall year round. The sensation of witnessing the great Wildebeest migration between July and October (usually best in July and August) is unparalleled. After a delicious lunch, we explore the reserve on an afternoon game drive. No matter how much you have thought about Africa, this is more than you expected — the Big Five (Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo) – can be seen in abundance.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Embarking on magnificent morning and afternoon game drives, we spend a whole day viewing wildlife in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. The famous reserve has been the setting of the well-known movie ‘Out of Africa’. Its astonishing wildlife is the star of the show, providing drama and intrigue against the backdrop of a spectacular scenery. We definitely have good chances of encountering the “BIG FIVE” face-to-face: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeest (Gnus), Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles can also be easily spotted.
We also look out for the great migration, a massive accumulation of 1.5 million Wildebeest, 200,000 Zebras and 350,000 Gazelles stretching their legs over 2000km in an annual race to find enough water and green grass for their survival. A trip to the Maasai Mara during the time of the great migration is surely an impression nobody can ever forget.

Another day in paradise! We enjoy an early breakfast, then head off for more spectacular game viewing. You have the option of visiting the Hippo Point at the Mara River and view countless Hippopotamus and Crocodiles. Throughout the whole park, we have good chances of meeting the Big Five. After our morning game drive, we head back towards our camp, where we take lunch and find time for a comfortable siesta. Well-rested and hungry for more adventures, we embark on a late afternoon game drive. Animals spotted here include Giraffes, Impalas, Monkeys, Gazelles and a myriad of bird species.
We can also decide to visit a Maasai Village close-by and learn about the proud tribe’s rich culture and practices.

Day 4: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Mombasa/Diani
After a good night’s sleep, we wake up for a spectacular early-morning game drive. We search for the park’s big cats and the Big Five. Remember to keep a sharp lookout; you may witness a dramatic hunt, a solitary Leopard retrieving its kill from the high branches of an acacia tree, or a herd of Elephants protecting their young from predators. The Maasai Mara has one of the richest wildlife ensembles in the world, hosting 95 species of mammals and 400 species of birds. Game viewing is never dull here, and patience is rewarded with unique sightings.
